Range of motion is increased
I initiated chiropractic care in January of 1996 and by April my two problems had been corrected. While this may seem to be a long time in receiving chiropractic care, one must consider the problem too.
Problem number one was in my neck. I had numbness and tingling in my left shoulder that would sometimes extend to my left elbow. I had dealt with this problem for over a year until I realized that I had lost much range of motion in my neck. Problem number two was in my lower back. For three months I suffered the loss of range of motion and numbing pain down my left hip and thigh. Both of these health problems were affecting my life. I bowl, golf and work out at a health club. Each week I saw myself slowly becoming less flexible with additional loss of range of motion.
After twenty-eight visits and stretching exercises, my problem are now erased. I realized that it is in my best interest to see Dr. Mattingly once every month to six weeks. I feel that this form of preventative care is far better than waiting a year and a half and suffering pain and loss of motion and activity. I highly recommend the benefits of chiropractic care. The improved health benefits coupled with a higher quality of life speak for themselves. I am highly impressed with chiropractic health care and the flexibility I have gained.
